O'Hora, Ronan, 1964-

Born in Manchester in 1964, Ronan O'Hora studied with Professor Ryzard Baksi at the Royal Northern College of Music.  In 1985 he won the Stefania Niekrasz Prize, awarded every five years to an outstanding exponent of Chopin.  He was a tutor at the RNCM and visiting tutor at Chethams School of Music before becoming Professor and Head of Keyboard Studies at Guildhall School of Music in London.
