Langdon, John, 1943-2018

John Langdon was born in Minehead, Somerset and at the age of 18 became organ scholar at King's College, Cambridge.  He settled in Glasgow as organist and choirmaster of Hyndland Parish Church and contributed greatly to the musical life of Scotland.  In 2024 he was made a companion emeritus of the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
