Gregor-Smith, Bernard
Bernard Gregor-Smith was born in Essex and won a scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music in London where he studied with Douglas Cameron for five years. He was a member of the Lindsay Quartet from its early days in 1966 and with the quartet he was resident at Sheffield University from 1972 and from 1978 at Manchester University.
