Gill, Lawrence
Lawrence Gill was brought up in Edinburgh and studied clarinet at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama (now the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland). He has freelanced with all the Scottish orchestras before joining the orchestra of Scottish Opera. Lawrence has taught at the RCS since 1983 and is married to bassoonist Alison Green.
