Ellis, Ruth
Ruth Ellis was born in Leek, Staffordshire and studied with Neville Duckworth and Sidney Fell at the Royal Northern College of Music in Manchester. In 1987 she joned the Scottish Chamber Orchestra as sub-principal clarinet. She was a founder member of the Hebrides Ensemble.
