Coverdale, Simon

Simon Coverdale was born in London and received his early musical aducation at St Paul's Cathedral, subsequently studying piano with Michael Gough Matthews and Lawrence Glover at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Royal College of Music.  As well as giving solo recitals, accompanying and adjudicating he regularly performs in a piano duet partnership with his wife Margaret Wakeford.   He teaches at the Ian Tomlin School of Music at Edinburgh Napier University, Edinburgh University and the City of Edinburgh Music School.
