Waarg for chamber ensemble
Waarg was commissioned by the London Sinfonietta for its 20th Anniversary season, with funds provided by the IBM United Kingdom Trust and the Arts Council. The world premiere was given on 6 May 1988 at the Queen Elizabeth Hall, London, conducted by Elgar Howarth. Waarg is dedicated to Michael Vyner.
