Following on from his October performance at the McEwan Hall, percussionist Joby Burgess returns to perform a selection of new music by composition students from Edinburgh University. With the stage filled with an array of exotic and found instruments collected from around the globe, be ready to expect the unexpected. This performance will also include the now classic 'Anvil Chorus', a work inspired by 12th Century blacksmithing, to celebrate the 50th birthday of New York based composer David Lang.
