'Love and Death' (1998) for soprano, recorder, cello and harpsichord

While a student at the Faculty of Music, University of Edinburgh, Robin was encouraged by John Turner to write a piece for soprano, recorder, cello and harpsichord which was performed in a composition workshop in the Reid Concert Hall following the lunch-hour concert on 3 November 1998.  It is a setting of the poem of the same name by Alfred Lord Tennyson and was performed by Alison WElls, John Turner, Jonathan Price and Keith Elcombe.
