Thomas Wotton was an English bassoonist and brother of William Beale Wotton (1832-1912), the first bassoon professor at the Royal College of Music and perhaps the first to play a saxophone in England.

A bassoon (made by Jean-Nicolas Savary in Paris, c1840) supposedly owned and played by Thomas Wotton is preserved at the Royal College of Music (RCM 444).
