Walker, Richard
Organist and teacher Richard Walker studied organ with David Willcocks. He was based for many years in Edinburgh, teaching at Edinburgh Academy, as Director of Music at Daniel Stewarts and Melville College (1975-1980), as Assistant Organist at St Mary's Episcopal Cathedral and later organist at St John's, Princes Street in the city. His teaching career continued at the Leys School Cambridge (1980-1985) and Harrow School (1985-2005). As a recitalist he has given performances in Europe and the USA.
