Thompson, Richard Orlando, 1955-
Richard Thompson was born in London and brought up in Aberdeen. He studied music at the University of Edinburgh and went on to pursue a career in composition and jazz performance.
In 2021 he is Emeritus Professor of Music in San Diego, California.
