Theo, Tatty

Tatty Theo comes from a family of cellists going back three generations.  Her earliest experiences of the cello were playing duets wth her grandfather William Pleeth and listening to her uncle Anthony perform Geminiani cello sonatas.  After reading music at The Queen's College, Oxford, Tatty continued her studies at th Royal College of Music where she won many of the Early Music prizes.  In 1996 she founded the Brook Street Band of which she is still a member.
