Riley, John, 1958-
Born in Leeds, John Riley trained at Liverpool and Cambridge Universities.
Composer, organist, conductor and teacher. His early career included a position as piano condcutor of a German spa orchestra and several years with Blackwell's Music Shop, Oxford. He subseqently held posts as Head of Music at Palmer's Sixth Form College, Grays and Assistant Director of Music and Chapel Organist at Loretto School, Musselburgh.
