Paterson, Louise

Louise Paterson was born in Scotland studied music at the University of Edinburgh, achieving a scholarship to study cello at the Hochschüle für Musik in Vienna.
A planned two year stint turned into twenty-eight years during which time she taught at the Vienna Conservatoire and gave solo recitals in Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic.
She is now based in Edinburgh and was the third wife of pianist and composer Edward Harper.
