Nabarro, Benjamin

Benjamin Nabarro was born in Nottingham and attended Chetham's School of Music, where he studied the violin with Roger Raphael.  He continued study at the Royal Academy of Music with Gyorgy Pauk and Erich Gruenberg, and privately in Chicago with Shmuel Ashkenasi.  Benjamin has a long-standing violin and piano duo with the pianist Philip Moore, with whom he made his London Wigmore Hall debut in 2000.  He plays on a violin by Camillus Camilli, circa 1750.
