Laing-Reilly, Thomas, 1953-2010
Studied music at the University of Edinburgh and at the Schola Cantorum in Paris.
A student of Flor Peeters and Jean Langlais.
Holder of a Fellowship of the Royal College of Organists and a member of the American Guild of Organists.
Held a lectureship in Music Education in the Faculty of Education at the University of Edinburgh and was Director of Music and organist at St Cuthbert's Church, Edinburgh.
Following his death in 2010, the Reid School of Music at the University of Edinburgh set up a scholarship in his memory.
