Hughes, Stephanie

Stephanie Hughes was born in Northern Ireland and studied piano with Wight Henderson at the Ulster College of Music where she received the piano award in 1979 and 1980.  After graduating from the Faculty of Music at the University of Edinburgh Stephanie was awarded a place on the advanced performers course at the Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama.   She then worked as a BBC radio and tv presenter for 18 years.
