Graham, Michael

Michael Graham is a composer and conductor based in Edinburgh. In 2012 he was a fourth year BMus student at the University of Edinburgh with a special interest in conducting.  From 2010 – 2017, Michael was Musical Director of the Society of Recorder Players' Edinburgh Branch and helped to establish and direct the Edinburgh Recorder Ensemble, a one-to-a-part chamber orchestra.  In 2013, he was awarded the Ian Pitt-Watson Memorial Prize for Conducting, was appointed an Apprentice Conductor with the Association of British Choral Directors in 2017 and twice received Young Conductor awards from the Association.
