Friend of Donald Francis Tovey and his mentor Miss Sophie Weisse.
Marie Fillunger gave many performances with the young Donald Tovey at his concerts in London and Windsor before he came to Edinburgh.
Performed regularly with the Hallé Orchestra at their Thursday concerts in Manchester between Nov 1891 and Feb 1895 (8 occasions)
