Duggan, Peter
Peter Duggan was born in Glasgow and studied music at the University of Edinburgh from where he graduated with honours in 1986. At University he studied recorder with Jennifer Hill in Glasgow and Alan Davis in Birmingham and continued his studies, on a Bucher Scholarship from Edinburgh University, as a postgraduate guest student of the Royal Conservatory in the Hague, with Michael Barker.
