Barham, Jeremy, 1963-

Jeremy Barham was born in London in 1963; his early performing career was marked by a successful debut at the Purcell Room on London's South Bank in 1978.  After graduating from Durham University he became Director of Keyboard Studies at Sutton Valence School in Kent before leaving to devote his time to writing and performing.  Jeremy Barham and William McVicker were organ scholars, undergraduate and post-graduate students together at the College of St Hild and St Bede where they began playing duets together.  Their teachers have included David Hill, Ian Shaw, Daniel Roth, James O'Donnell and David Sanger.
