Scots Baroque is an innovative early music ensemble based in Glasgow, Scotland.  They take music of the boaroque period (c.1600-1750) as their starting poing, performing on instruments appropriate to the period, whilst experimenting with a fusion of techniques and genres, including improvisation, folk styled and contemporary music written for old instruments.
