On p.3 - advert for the final concert of the series given by the Reid symphony orchestra: Saturday 15 March at 2.30 pm. Conducted by Dr Mary Grierson and featuring the solo pianist Moiseiwitsch, the programme is advertised as: Wagner, overture "Flying Dutchman"; Tchaikovsky, pianoforte concerto in B flat; Debussy, "L'Après midi d'un Faune"; Bizet, "Carmen" suite; pianoforte solos (details not recorded); and Elgar, "Pomp and circumstance march", no. 1 in D major.

Owing to depletion of the ranks of the Reid Choir, on account of the war, it has proved impossible to include in the programme of the Seventh Concert the choral items in which the Reid Choir was to have taken part.
On p.1 - A.R.P. (air raid precaution) notice: There is complete Air Raid accommodation in the basement of the Hall and the corridors. Shelters are also available at the West End (St John's Church) and in Rutland Square. In the event of an air raid an announcement will be made from the platform.
