Reid Festival Concert
"Through the exertions of Professor Oakeley, a very excellent morning concert was given on the same day as that on which the Reid evening concert took place, thus enabling many persons who were disappointed in obtaining tickets for the latter performance to have an opportunity of hearing Mr Hallé's orchestra in some of the greatest orchestral works."
