Notes: 

The toccata by Ravel is probably from Ravel's Tombeau de Couperin rather than a separate piece. In addition, it is not possible to identify which Chopin study in G flat major was performed on this occasion (op. 25 no. 9 or op. 10 no 5?) nor the study in G minor. Perhaps the latter was in fact the study in G# minor, op. 25 no. 6.
