Taylor, Stuart, 1973-
Originally a rock guitarist, Stuart Taylor studied composition privately for a number of years, and in 2006 took first-class honours in Music from Angia Ruskin University in Cambridge, speculating in composition. During thistime also took up the viola and was active as a conductor, directing the Ruskin Chamber Orchestra. In 2009 he was studying with Nigel Osborne at the University of Edinburgh for a PhD in composition.
