Nelson, Peter, 1951-
Scottish composer and professor of music at the University of Edinburgh. Peter Nelson joined the Faculty of Music in 1987, from the University of Nottingham, as lecturer and director of the Electronic Music Studio. He was also an artistic director of ECAT, promoting new music events in Scotland and joint editor-in-chief of the international journal Contemporary Music Review.
