Cresswell, Lyell, 1944-2022

Born Wellington, New Zealand and studied in Wellington, Toronto, Aberdeen and Utrecht.  He was Forman Fellow in Composition at the University of Edinburgh from 1980 to 1982 and for the follow three years he was Cramb Fellow in Composition at Glasgow University.

Lived in Edinburgh, Scotland where he was a freelance composer.
